Nhan Kiet's EOR fee is 8% of each employee's gross salary a month, with a minimum of ₫2,600,000 (US$99) and a maximum of ₫5,200,000 (US$199). Companies planning more than 10 employees within 12 months pay 7%, and more than 30 pay 6%, with the same minimum and maximum. VAT applies to the service fee only, not to salary or insurance. Salary and the employer's statutory contributions (23.5% of salary for a Vietnamese employee) pass through at cost.
